Good idea, poor execution

We loved the idea of having separate areas with the tiny houses. A great concept. However, it was nearly impossible to get the doors to unlock. Had to fight the keys for a while. In a way, wish they wouldn’t have opened. The smell of mildew was horrendous. We didn’t even use the one pod because the smell was so bad. Min cabin didn’t seem to have been cleaned well and clearly we were the first ones there in a while - mouse droppings everywhere! Lots of cobwebs all over - couldn’t even use the outside furniture because they were left outside - covered in debris from what appeared to be carpenter ants and weeks/months worth of cobwebs. Downstairs outside door sticks horribly. Missing small touches - not even a soap bar holder on the sink, we have stayed at multiple Lydia Mountain cabins and love each one- newer ones, older ones, all of them. But this was a let down.
