Professionally cleaned before each booking. Kitchen remodel planned for 2025.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unique style ranch house. Very spacious backyard with backporch, patio, grills, and smoker. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located neighborhood with many restaurants and activities within 15 minutes drive.

Only 1 mile away from the Master's at the Augusta National Golf Course. TVs in the main room and master bedroom with most streaming services available. Large couch in main room. Short walk to a beautiful river and canal trail through the local park.

Full amenities with washer/dryer, fridge, stove, grills, etc.

Playstation 4 available to play with an assortment of games.

Most Spaces. Some storage areas an cabinets will have supplies and clothes.

Other things to note
Pets welcome as long as they are cleaned up after. Cats and dogs occasionally on premises. The backyard is fenced but there are still a couple possible openings so be aware.

Great place to stay for the Masters

We had 6 people attending the tournament. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed the back deck after a day of watching golf. The owner was always responsive to our questions. Easy short drive to the course also.

Close to Masters, but that’s it

Clean towels and sheets. Whole house, so there was room for our group. Furnishings were broken down, old and uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinet doors were falling off and there was food left out everywhere (eggs on the counter, opened pretzels and things in the table, etc.). Incredibly expensive. Only stay if this is the last place available. Photos were deceptive.

Karen, thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I have sent a private message but could you provide more specifics on the furnishings that were not to your standard. Most furnishings the guests use are newer and fully functional but I will gladly replace anything perceived as broken or uncomfortable. I have not been able to identify which cabinet doors are falling off. The kitchen is in need of an update though so you and future guests should be happy to hear a full kitchen remodel is planned for this year. I had a professional cleaning company clean before your arrival so that is very serious if that was the case. Please forward me photos so I may file a complaint with the company. Regardless, I will more closely monitor and reassess the company's work going forward. I request more details on which photos are deceptive. To my eye they depict the place exactly as is including the dated kitchen. As for price, Master's week is a very high demand week for all rentals especially after Hurricane Helene. The price you booked is far below the average for the area and time you stayed. Once again, thank you for your stay. Please provide the further details requested above because I am dedicated to improving my guests' experience.
