Wide open water with the best views on the lake! Close to town and all amenities

Create lasting memories with friends at family at this stunning lakehouse retreat. Blue Breeze has 5 bedrooms, plus a colorful bunkroom for the kids, and 5 full bathrooms. The spacious interior, including the large kitchen and dining room provides the perfect setting to create lasting memories with friends and family. Whether it is roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoying water activities, playing cornhole or bocce ball in the large yard, or escaping to the adults only upper balcony for a good book and wine, there is something for everyone!

The first floor includes a king bedroom with ensuite bath, living room, dining room w/ large table, kitchen, and first floor laundry room. Kitchen is fully stocked, with two dishwashers, and double fridge / freezers to accommodate your group. Plenty of board games are available as well. Second floor includes 2 king bedrooms each with ensuite and access to upper balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a with a King bed and computer set-up and anther bedroom with 2 queen beds, share a full bathroom with tub / shower via the hallway access. Finally, the bunk room has 5 total Queen beds with 2 bunk bunk beds for the kids and its own ensuite bathroom. There is an additional stacked washer & dryer on this level too.

Outside we have a covered porch with outdoor dining table, and couch seating. Enjoy the gourmet outdoor kitchen featuring a propane grill, flat top griddle, fridge and sink. There is a Solo stove for night time bonfires. There are stairs and ladder leading into the lake, with access to 6 kayaks, paddle board, and life jackets for renters. If you elect to bring your boat or rent a boat, please know there is not anywhere to dock the boat overnight, you will need to pull the boat from the water as the water can be unpredictably rough and has resulted in tied-up boats smashed against the seawall. There is a boat launch less than 5 minutes from the house and plenty of driveway space to park it.

Please note, this is a family neighborhood, so loud parties, bachelor / bachelorette type parties are not permitted. Renters must be over 25 years old and we may request ID to verify. There are outdoor security cameras only, no cameras are inside the house.

The house was amazing. The view was also amazing. Matt was very good to work with. If we do another family vacation on Cedar Creek Lake, we will select this home again. The location was perfect for boating and seeing fireworks around the whole lake.

Summer Lake Weekend

We loved our stay at Matthew's house. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 day weekend. Everyone had plenty of space and rooms were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of linens and supplies. King size beds in all main bedrooms is HUGE. The kids loved the bunk room and we put all the girls in the room with 2 queens. The upstairs bathroom shared by Bedroom 4 and 5 is not a Jack and Jill (like I assumed). It's out in the main hallway, which is fine, just something to consider when assigning rooms. The big open water was great and deep in front of the house and the lawn and patio were great. We would definitely book again.

Amazing family get together

If you can book this house, I would highly recommend it. Our host was very responsive to questions before the booking, had clear instructions written out that were simple to follow, and was very welcoming to us as their first renters. The open space for the living/dining/kitchen area was fantastic for our family group of 16. It never felt crowded. The house was immaculate and lovely. We went on a day trip to Athens and visited the botanical gardens there. We had hoped to eat at the Athens Brewery, but we got there too late in the afternoon. Bought some growlers to go instead and enjoyed those later in the evening on the back porch while enjoying a cool breeze off of the lake. Most of us were able to go kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the lake. The back covered porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the grandchildren play. The back porch had solar lights mounted under the steps which made it easy to navigate at twilight. The insides halls had built in night lights under the electrical outlets so you could see where you were going with out turning on the overhead lights. This house was a fabulous place to watch the total eclipse! So thankful the weather cooperated. Our hosts even left us solar eclipse glasses. WOW! We felt very cared for. We stayed in early April, so mosquitoes were not a big deal. Saw some scissortails, cormorants, and many other birds. It was a peaceful get away that allowed us to make wonderful family memories together. Thank you!!!!
