What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large Master Suite with a HUGE King Bed, attached Ensuite & Walk-in Closet!
- Our house features THREE FULL washrooms. One on the main floor, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs.
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad.
- Secure attached 2 car garage & TONS of available street parking.
- Our home features not one...not two... large comfortable Living rooms! Both feature lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" and 50" SMART TV's which feature complimentary Netflix.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed on the main floor.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!


Guest access
You have full and total access of our home with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Windermere Currents - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Getting around from our property is easy and convenient. Our VRBO is located just minutes away from a main roadway to the Anthony Henday providing easy access to the rest of the city.

Public transportation options, including buses and the LRT, are also readily available for those who prefer not to drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for a hassle-free commute.

For those with personal vehicles, ample street and garage pad parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the property is provided. Whatever your preferred mode of transportation, you'll find it easy and convenient to get around and explore all that Edmonton has to offer from our comfortable and convenient location

* Please note * - We do require a $750 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Home away from home
We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures of the home are very accurate; however, they do not show all the extras that are included. It was so nice to have toiletries in every bathroom, extra towels and bedding easily attainable, ample laundry soap and fabric softener, Kleenex, lotion and more. It made this a true home away from home. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and really enjoyed two separate areas to watch TV. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and I enjoyed going for a walk on a nice walking path. If you are debating between a couple different places to stay, Pick this one! I would choose this place again!
