- Only a 2 minute drive to the stunning Meadows Recreation Center.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Secure 2-car garage parking and TONS of free available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 42" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 20 min away!
-Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night. Please inform as you book if you are bringing pets with you.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-The home does have a separate downstairs suite in it that is also a short term rental. The space is completely separate and not shared with the upstairs or vice versa. There is ample sound proofing between the two units so any noise concerns are largely mitigated.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds, and 1 fold down couch you can set up in the spacious main floor living room - perfect for children!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!


Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Tamarack Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Overall an ‘okay’ property with potentials.
Firstly, I'd like to highlight some positive aspects of our experience: The host appeared friendly and was prompt in responding to our messages. The interior of the house was clean and tastefully decorated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon: Upon our arrival at the property, we noticed a trail of litter scattered around, including trash piles near the garage entrance, patio, deck, and along the pathways. It presented an unwelcoming sight and gave the impression that guest care might have been overlooked. It seems that the accumulation of trash had been ongoing for some time. I did communicate this concern with the host, who apologized and assured us that it would be addressed, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved during our stay. Additionally, there was a shortage of cutlery available on the property. Despite the accommodation being advertised for up to nine adults, there were only enough utensils for four people, and none specifically designed for children. This posed an inconvenience as we had two kids with us. Furthermore, the decorative lemon fruits on the table appeared to have bite marks on them, raising sanitation concerns.
