Newly remodeled. Open floorplan. Private bedrooms on each end of unit. Washer and dryer available for use. Large outdoor covered patio with seating and table. Large mature trees in yard offer plenty of shade. Outdoor fire pit (wood not provided. Covered Parking for boat and vehicles. Separate Rv space will be available to rent soon.

There is an awning to park under. 2 or 3 vehicles should fit under awning depending on size. Front door is on other side of house. brick pavers lead up to front door. property is fenced and has enough room to park a boat and a vehicle or 2 depending on size of boat.
