We have one free dedicated parking spot in the back of the building. It fits a midsize SUV (#4 from the left). Parking is accessed from the ally between 13th Ave and 14th Ave.

HOUSE RULES
Please review the information below before you book. We want guests to have the right expectations so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine), no shoes in the home, no pets.

- No access to mailbox: All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Please expect to climb stairs - there are 4 flights of stairs and 5 stories.

- We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
