Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. - Park in the Back yard Driveway OR there is TONS of complementary street parking in our safe neighborhood.

- Only a 5 minute drive away from Edmonton Valley Zoo!
- Easy access to anywhere in the city via. The Anthony Henday & Whitemud Freeway.
- Our home is pet friendly, but $30/pet/night fee must be paid prior to reservation.
What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
- This property is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex so while no space is shared as it has it's own completely separate entrance, there is slight potential for noise from the other adjacent units in the complex, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest!
This guest suite comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 King size bed and 1 Queen sized pull out sofa in the Living Room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
