The property is on the sunny side of the street and has a generously paved driveway for parking, and a fenced backyard with a serviced hot tub, playground, swings, sandpit, and large trampoline. The gardens are beautiful in the spring summer and fall, with edible produce scattered throughout the flowers. Watering is taken care of with in-ground watering system on sensors and timers. Also In warmer months, the back deck is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with modern furniture and a BBQ. A propane tank is provided which you are responsible for refilling during your stay should you run out. During the winter months the furniture is stored away to protect it from the snow.
