The Cozy House: A family home steps to the best of Whistler no matter the season

As we are a family with four young children ourselves, we designed the yard and renovated the house always with our young children in mind, to be family friendly, fun and safe. We trust you appreciate these thoughtful touches and feel comfortable in our warm and cozy home.
We live between Whistler and Gold Coast Australia, hosting while travelling. Our aim is to have the home family ready so guests can enjoy a local lifestyle

Location, location! Guests will enjoy the proximity to whistler village gondola, shops, restaurants, trails of all kinds, whistler golf course and so much more that Whistler has to offer, without worrying about traffic.

The property is on the sunny side of the street and has a generously paved driveway for parking, and a fenced backyard with a serviced hot tub, playground, swings, sandpit, and large trampoline. The gardens are beautiful in the spring summer and fall, with edible produce scattered throughout the flowers. Watering is taken care of with in-ground watering system on sensors and timers. Also In warmer months, the back deck is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with modern furniture and a BBQ. A propane tank is provided which you are responsible for refilling during your stay should you run out. During the winter months the furniture is stored away to protect it from the snow.

This a 2 level- 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. The main floor has an entryway, one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry room, and the kitchen/dining/living space.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, sink and other convenient appliances and kitchen wares. The walk in pantry is opposite the kitchen.
The dining space includes a table which can seat 6+ due to the generous and comfortable window bench seat.
The living space has a sofa, recliner, and large Samsung Frame smart TV. The new fireplace with beautiful stone surround runs off natural gas for convenience and ease of use, and includes a non-heat mesh cover to keep the littlest hands safe.
The laundry room houses a new LG washer/dryer tower and a full upright freezer.

The second floor has 1 master bedroom with a king bed and study area, and 2 secondary bedrooms- one with bunk beds and another with a toddler bed or crib (or a single mattress could be placed in this room).
The main bathroom is on this level with bath/shower/ toilet and double vanities.
There are decks off both the master bedroom and bunk bed bedroom.
