Montebello #58 is a deluxe 3 bedroom + den duplex style townhome with 3 ½ bathrooms. The entry level features a private garage with boot dryer and ski racks, and three of the sleeping areas. The downstairs King bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, the second bedroom has a twin bed and twin bunk bed while the large den offers two twin beds. The master bedroom upstairs also has a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double sided shower, large walk-in closet and floor to ceiling windows which view out to a forested area. The upstairs has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, many wood finishings, and a front balcony with propane BBQ. The modern kitchen has granite countertops and high-end stainless appliances including a gas range and the dining area is set-up to seat six people.

This property is very close to Whistler - I would not recommend walking with all of your ski equipment but a fine walk without it. The house itself is well situated for multiple people. The property managers were extremely responsive to anything we needed. The only downsides were there wasn’t a lot of comfortable seating in the general living space, the rugs could use a cleaning and the kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans and glasses. Overall, a great stay!
What a cozy townhouse. Stayed here with my family and thoroughly enjoyed walking too and from the village and ending the day off with a hot tub! would recommend and will be staying here again.

Very comfortable....would stay there again. 5 min walk to the village and about 10 min walk to the lifts.
We had everything we needed for our mountain bike week. Storage for the bikes, washer/dryer for the clothing, kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the table and chairs setup fit all of us comfortably. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of washrooms. Location was amazing as we could walk or bike most places we wanted to go during the week from our nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely try to rent this place again when we return the Whistler area.
This large unit was great for our family, quiet location, but walkable to Village. A cleanliness issue with the hot tub was easily resolved by contacting the property manager.
The place is nice, a little too far from the gondola to walk. We use the bus and car to get around. The garage is nice to store our snowboarding gears. Private hot tub was a plus. The bedroom downstairs was a little chilly, can’t get it to warm up. Overall it was decent.
Great property in splendid location. Glassware and kitchenware could do with upgrade, details of where the trash is left lacking. Other than this awesome.
We had a few friends together for a long weekend here. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere in town.
The only drawback was that some of the single beds seemed a little past their prime. We have stayed here once before, and knowing that we decided to bring a few thicker camping mattresses to put on top. Probably better suited for kids.
The location is great. Bedrooms worked perfect for our group. Should update tvs so they are smart tvs for apps. Hot tub was ice cold and low water levels when we returned from the mountain after our day of skiing. Took until our 3rd night to get it fixed which was unfortunate since the hot tub was the main appeal for paying a little more for this place!
This property is a great location and within walking distance to both Blackcomb and Whistler Villages. Spacious but could really use some updating. Carpets need a good cleaning, pluming in sinks, showers could use attention. A broom, and oven mitts would be helpful. Privacy between neighbouring property would be preferred when using the hot tub. Staff - Shanelle was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend unit and would stay again.

This property is very true to its listing. We were eight friends traveling together - three couples and two singles. The house is a little bit of a walk to the slopes (about 11 minutes to the village, and 11 minutes more to the lifts) and it was fine for us to handle. I would imagine it being difficult for kids to walk the distance. (We did not rent a car for our stay) It was very convenient and walkable to a grocery, liquor store and Mexican restaurant. The dining area was a bit tight for eight, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Broken hot tub
The house itself was ok. Lots of room for sleeping/privacy with 4 bedrooms 4 baths. We were REALLY disappointed to find out when we got there that the hot tub had “just broken”, since this was the main reason we rented this property. Looking back at reviews, others have said this as well and it makes a person wonder how long it’s been broken for.
During our stay over the Labor Day Long weekend, people were working on the roof next door, we were surprised they were allowed to work and create all that noise during the daytime hours, it made our stay unpleasant.
The back of the fridge area had large frozen ice which made our items wet every time we took them out of the fridge. The garburator was not working, so there were sink issues. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods were not included, this would of been nice to have. Also, there was a bench seating beside the dining table, the leg was not sturdy and should be repaired especially when families are placing their kids on it.
Overall the place was spacious for a family of 7, we enjoyed the hot tub, the complex was very nice and great for kids with their bikes.

We will address the maintenance items you mentioned and likely could have easily corrected these for you had they been reported. As first-time visitors to Whistler, our family had a great time and loved *almost* everything about this home. The location was excellent and the home was in great condition with plenty of room for everyone. The clothes dryer, however, was broken when we got there. It was promptly fixed by the property manager, which we were grateful for, but then it ended up ruining a handful of our items by leaving black marks (grease?) of some sort, of which we didn't even receive an apology for when we mentioned it while checking out. Aside from that, and maybe desiring a little more privacy for the hot tub, we really had a great time and wouldn't rule out staying here again.
