Located next door to an amazing golf resort (Palm aire country club) & the world famous Lauderdale by the sea beach where you can swim out to 2 reefs 500 ft from the beach is 15 mins away. There is also a top golf and brand new Hurrah Casino 5 minutes away. Other nearby attractions are Los olas which is known for its art, restaurtants and clubs, only a 15 minute drive away. Publix grocery is a 1 minute drive or 4 minute walk as well as 3 parks, and there are as plethora of canals and lakes within a 2 minute walk to fish at with tarpon, carp, and plenty more.

Spring break fun!

The location of this house was perfect for us! Dunkin, Publix, and Walmart 5 minutes from there! Not to mention the fishing spots right down the road. The kids enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time there! The pool had a slide too! The aesthetic was super cute! Two comfy cute bubble chairs were my favorite. The back porch had a cute comfy setup as well. Communication with the Host was super easy and he took care of anything we needed! We would definitely book again!

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is the best. It is safe, family friendly, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It is close to all the beaches, golf courses, a casino and the best fine dining and nightlife in the area.

What makes this property unique

Many things set my property apart, such as......The slide into the pool, giant swing, producing fruit trees in the back yard, and a corner lot for tons of room to play or grill outside with your family and friends.
