The place was nicer than expected there was not many places for kids to play outside ,we had issues with all the tvs ,but were able to work thru them omly complaint was the amount of cobwebs and spiders in the outside sitting area otherwise it was GREAT!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Dan was very responsive and timely with communication. Check in and check out were simple and straightforward. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with fairly quick access to most of Omaha. We would certainly stay here again!

Misrepresentation of “fenced yard”

The yard was not a confined area. The gate had no latch and holes under the fence for dogs to escape, I didn’t stay, had to find another place ASAP Only received a partial refund

Lori is correct, I do not have a locking latch on the gate yet and I will address that asap. However, the fence in area does not have holes that a dog can escape through and I will be posting pictures very soon of the dog area to prove, along with the locking latch. Lori, immediately vacated the property and went and booked another location without much communication to me about how I could address her issues. She was provided over half of her refund back. VRBO doesn’t refund their commission/fees portion and I kept one nights stay from her since she booked my place for 4 nights and wanted to cancel the whole reservation the day of. I could’ve kept all of her deposit and been well within my rights of the cancellation clause. In the future, I would hope the guest contact me before making such a rash decision as I can be very accommodating if given the opportunity.

As soon as we opened the door the gas smell hit us. We has to open windows and leave. Some of the linen wasn't clean. A lot of mini blinds were broken. Contacted the owner about the situation and sent him pics. He advised cleaning crew didnt clean well and left stove on. I had to change linen and go get sheets ro cover windows. After i asked for some of my money back he stopped responding. I had damage insurance. Wont let me upload photos.
