The modern bathroom comes with a bath tub (with shower), a sink with large mirror, and of course, a toilet.

The apartment is newly furnished and complete with all the basic things you need, from kitchen wares, iron facilities and laundry machine. It also has a walk-in closet and cosy living area. The apartment is located in Bay Square, Business Bay - the business hub of Dubai and just 8 minutes away to the famous Burj Khalifa.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located in Business Bay - the business hub of Dubai. It is less than 8 minutes by car to reach Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

It also has an easy access to Al-Khail Road that leads you to Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and other famous tourist spots in the city.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

DXB Airport is 14 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is just 8 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 17 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 20 mins away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
