Property Review: Ballast Road Residence Location: The property, located on Ballast Road, presents challenges with access due to sections in poor condition. Maintenance Issues: Pool Light: The pool light fixture has become dislodged, leaving exposed wires and causing a feeling of insecurity. Wall Outlets: Several wall outlets are non-functional, impacting convenience and usability. Power Outage: On the second night, a power outage occurred from 5:45 PM to 10:15 PM. Water Supply: There was a lack of drinking water on the third day from 7 AM to 3:45 PM. Overall Impression: Despite the property's initial appeal, it suffers from significant maintenance issues and lacks access to basic utilities. Consequently, it is not recommended for rental or accommodation.
