Come stay in our Townhouse! It has Open Bright Spaces in the Great Room connected to a large Kitchen with lots of counter space and storage cabinets. Three Bedrooms with Ceiling Fans, Overhead Lights and Comfortable Beds for your Stay. Hall Guest Bathroom has a Shower/Tub Combo and the Primary Bath has a Walk In Shower that is Separate from the Double Sink Vanity and Dressing Area. This Home is in a Great Location close to Shopping, Allegiant & T-Mobile Stadiums, Straight Shot to the Exciting Las Vegas Strip That is Full of Entertainment, Restaurants and Gaming Options! This Home has a Covered Carport and 2 Additional Spaces in the Private Drive Way Plus Open Street Parking In Front of the Home and Across the Street. There are No Homes Behind Our Place , Our Neighbors are Friendly And Always Respect the Privacy of our Guests During their Stay.

This house was perfect for what we needed. The owner was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighborhood grocery just around the corner was convenient and fun to shop at. It was easy to get to anywhere on the strip or the convention center.

Clean cozy house

Such a lovely home. Only thing to improve on would be to have cable with TV. we love football so it was a challenge to watch all the games we wanted because a lot of streaming access requires a tv provider. But other than that it was a very nice home.

True Our New TV does have great wifi connection for any streaming and you do need a subscription for special viewing of Sports or special programs that are not on the local tv channels or LD channels included with the TV apps. Hope you will come again to Las Vegas and stay with us.
