Twin Palms is a beautiful, meticulously maintained waterfront three-bedroom mid-century home loaded with amenities. You will find a tastefully furnished, artistically decorated space with a mix of antiques, modern furniture, and works of art throughout, along with all the conveniences of home.

Located in the beautiful Gulf Hills area of Ocean Springs - golfing, dining, boating, fishing, and much more await you. Only a short drive to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district, there you will find the numerous dining, shopping, and museums that make this town famous.

Beautiful Front Beach is less than ten minutes away and provides white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises/sunsets.

The spacious home provides a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and serve meals. The dining area overlooks the beautiful bayou.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dual ceiling fans, and you can walk out the French doors providing water views located on the back deck. There is also a dedicated workspace for those needing to work during their stay.

There are two guest bedrooms one has a Queen bed, and the other has two twin beds, and there are two full bathrooms, one on each level. One of the bathrooms has a combination tub/shower, the other has a large standalone tub and a luxurious walk-in tile shower.

The living room area has a flat-screen SmartTV and double French doors leading out to the back patio where you will find seating to relax in the Gulf breezes and a propane BBQ grill to cook meals.

Downstairs you will find a piano, wet bar, pool and foosball tables, a large flat-screen TV, classic board games, and a library of books.

High-speed fiber optic Wi-fi is provided throughout the home.

Twin Palms provides refreshing water views and a private dock if you decide to bring your boat. There is a public launch nearby - feel free to tie up your boat at our backyard dock. There is a boat lift that guests can use for smaller sized boats, but be aware that draft of the boat that can reach the pier may be dependent on the tides. You may have to wait until high tide to dock and depart.

We have ample parking on the property for vehicles and boat trailers. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway (none indoors).

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Twin Palms. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and the view was relaxing. It was just a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs, so you can enjoy the quiet of the house and still be close to all the action. We will definitely stay again.

The house is very poorly maintained and dirty. Dust hanging from the fans, dust on top of lamps, faucets were broken, could not turn on cold water in guest bathroom, broken outdoor furniture covered with dirt. Fire alarms missing or not working. Needs a deep cleaning and extensive maintenance. Could be very nice if the owners cared as the kitchen is nice and location is great.

Quiet space on the bayou.

This is a great place to relax. The deck faces one of the inlets full of wildlife. Coffee on the deck is a treat. Vey clean. Good for families. Bikes and a canoe available. Gave it a four due to some shower temp issues. Management was very quick to tell the owners to get it fixed.

Ocean Springs Family Reunion

Overall, we had the perfect stay at the property. There were a few items that could have made the stay more perfect including the failure of the outdoor stairs, noone was harmed but it was a close call. The upstairs bathroom faucet is broken and there was only one good pool stick. The view is beautiful, the items provided were great and the neighborhood was great. There appears to be an abanonded home next door and a bee nest was observed in the garage.

A welcome respite

Following a month-long road trip, we stopped here for some R&R before the final stretch home. This house is the ideal spot to relax. Egrets, ducks, pelicans, blue herons and anhinga were regular visitors to the bayou. Despite miserably cold weather, it was a delightful stay. The property manager, Chris, was a true professional in every way. We had a minor problem with the heat and he made sure it was resolved quickly. Checking in and out was a breeze, thanks to his excellent communication. We highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable Stay

We experienced some small issues with the Wi-Fi service and the gas grill being out of propane, but the property manager was very responsive and corrected both very quickly. We intended on using the boat lift, but quickly realized the canal was too shallow at low tide. That was my mistake, as I did not ask questions about that before renting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home for everyone!

We enjoyed a terrific 12-day stay and hated to leave. Although there were only 2 of us, there would have been plenty of room for invited guests. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well appointed and all conveniences you could want are provided. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. The place was immaculate upon our arrival. The deck on the back is the perfect place to relax or entertain. The view is inviting and you'll swear you are many miles from civilization, and yet you are minutes away from shopping and entertainment. Chris, the Property Manager, provided all details needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. Communication was quick and thorough. Even though we didn't need him during our stay, we had no doubt he would have responded quickly if needed. I enthusiastically recommend this property.
