About this property

This place will be amazing. 9 bedroom, 6 bathroom, indoor basketball court, outdoor in-ground pool, pickle bar court, golf simulator room, game room, indoor pool (coming this fall), sand volleyball court all on an amazing and secluded 15 acre lot. Located 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati between Amelia and Bethel, Ohio on Route 125. The property is Very close to restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores and everything you need. And maybe the best part is it’s less than 2 miles from one of the largest lakes in Ohio….Beautiful East Fork Lake. Bring your boat and fishing pole.
Home is scheduled to be done in late- May but we aren’t taking reservations until July 1st in case we have delays. Drywall is up, exterior is almost finished and we are right on schedule. This place will not disappoint!
