This fabulous, large home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood between Santa Monica, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills, Culver City and downtown Los Angeles. In 10 minutes you can be at the beach or in one of many shopping areas! The custom home is 10 yeas old, with many quality features, including high ceilings, recessed lighting, marble counters, expansive kitchen, hardwood floors, etc. Each bedroom is a suite with separate bathroom. Enjoy the private backyard with a patio and ping pong table. Walking distance to three supermarkets and several restaurants.
