This condo has lots of space, including a balcony with westerly gulf views, perfect for sunsets! Newly managed by Beachscapes Vacation Rentals, several upgrades have been implemented and will be implemented in the coming months. This condo includes new 55" Samsung TVs in the living room and bedroom. Unit has a washer and dryer, and a full-size kitchen with all major appliances.

Origin is an amazing and unique resort! The pool, gym, and spa amenities are located on the 4th floor. Convenient barbecue areas are located on the 4th floor south-east and south-west corners of the building, with amazing gulf views.

There are four elevators, one on the East and West ends of the building and two in the center. Access to this unit is easiest via the West elevator.

Each unit is provided with two parking passes, one for the main parking garage and one for the adjacent lot across from Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. Origin provides 24-hour security for its owners and guests.

Great Place!

Unit is huge for a 1 bedroom! Has the very BEST wall of tall windows to admire the beautiful gulf waters and people watch! 😂 Unit location is very convenient! A mile to Pier Park and a couple miles to Pineapple Willys and of course Sharkeys across the street. Made a perfect stay for Gulf Coast Jam. Pool was refreshing and the hot tub was amazing after long days. Resort felt very safe and convenient.
