When you’re ready to immerse yourself in a fantastic vacation spot without worrying about your budget, check out our beautiful one-bedroom beachfront condo at the gated Sunbird Condominiums.

Our comfortable and inviting fifth-floor condo is equipped with all the modern amenities of home, located directly on the white sands of the Panama City Beaches.

A full kitchen with modern appliances gives you the option to prepare your own meals at your leisure. Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa would allow up to 4 people to enjoy the vacation. From the spacious private balcony, kick back and enjoy the temperate breezes and soothing sounds of the surf.

Sunbird Condominiums provides guests three Gulf-side pools (one pool is heated), a video arcade, lighted tennis courts, and shuffleboard. You can also take advantage of beach chairs and umbrellas, join in a game of beach volleyball, schedule dolphin tours, and rent Wave runners.

Due to resort policy only one parking pass can be guaranteed.

Nice place for the price

Love Sunbird! Check in was super easy and I love the no hassle parking. Condo was nice. Whole experience was just relaxing and low key.

Location of the property was great. My kids really enjoyed the pools. The condo itself wasnt the cleanest or the fanciest but it wasnt terrible. Overall a decent stay.

Toilet paper holder ripped off wall and in the floor or, no dish towel , or paper towels not very clean. Great refrig and AC. MY HUSBAND WENT TO WALMART AND PUT A WHOLE NEW TOILET PAPER HOLDER ON HAD TO BUY TIny SCREW DRIVERS AND THe HOLDER. HE CAN FIX Anything.we bought paper towels and toilet paper. We managed. And will try and get beach front next time. Thanks. .

Perfect place to stay!

If you are looking for an affordable yet cozy place to stay, this condo is the one. The kitchen was fully furnished, the bedroom was a decent size and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We watched many sunrises and sunsets from it. Anytime we needed to get in touch with Michael, he was very quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. I know that we will definitely be back! Thank you Michael for a wonderful experience!

Perfect little spot by the beach without paying an arm and a leg!!

We loved our weekend stay at Michael’s condo at the Sunbird. Balcony and other parts of the building are under construction currently so due to that the balcony was off limits but really that’s the only “negative” thing I have to say about our experience, which didn’t even bother us because we would rather be on the beach and in the water anyways rather than looking at it from a distance :) it was a great weekend in PCB and we are sad to go home!

Week Long Stay

The property is in a great location, right on the beach and next to Pineapple Willy's. The rooms were clean. The only issue was that the condo was under construction so we couldn't go out on the balcony and we got woken up a bit early due to construction noise. The rooms themselves were fine though. We had enough room for the four of us.

Thank you so much for your review. I completely agree that the current set up with only one pool open and only one beach entrance on the west side is not ideal (to say mildly). Construction is winding down and the second pool to be open by the end of August. Then the third one and hopefully we are done. I would hope by October we should be in a good shape. Until then I have reduced my rate to reflect overall imperfection of wonderful Sunbird.

The Condo was ok not worth the price. Definitely needs to be updated. Partial view of the beach which was a little disappointing because me and my husband like to sit on the balcony and watch the waves.

Perfect Getaway

We will MOST definitely be contacting our host Michael again in the very near future and hopefully being able to stay at this very condo. I will be honest and saying that we were a little hesitant after reading the reviews. However, The reviews are absolutely incorrect. Michael’s place was in the perfect location, The place was clean, provided plenty of activities, and the process from beginning to end was communicated very well! Michael - from my family to yours, thank you we create memories during our stay that we would not have been able to create anywhere else and also thank you for taking my calls every time I called and showing empathy for the minor little situation that I had on our way down there.

LOUD FROM ALL THE RENOVATION ON THE East side.

Cable did not work; remotes didn’t work; in bedroom and living room. Two workmen came to our door thinking no one was in it and they needed to work. Told them we were leaving early Sunday morning. Main man did not look happy 😞. Business miscommunication I suppose.

Don’t Even Bother!

This place was dirty, It had not been cleaned for quite some time because probably no one had stayed there. Can handle outdated, but I cannot handle filth! It was completely filthy. I have pictures of the stove, the bathtub, the baseboards the tile everything in there was dirty. I had to go to the store and buy cleaners. The place is so outdated that it didn’t really help. The owner said he would send a cleaning person, not understanding that that was not going to help anything.. He will not communicate with me! The location is fine. The beach was nice. The condo resort is nice, but this unit is terrible.!

Modernization

The location was great however, I do believe the owner needs to modernize the inside of the Condo. All the appliances are outdated. The floors need work as well. Connecting to the internet was problematic but we were able to finally connect. Whom ever provides the cleaning service for this property didn't do a good job. Upon our arrival we noticed dirt still on the floor. The bathroom toilet was not clean. Needless to say we purchased cleaning supplies and clean the above mentioned on our first day. Again the location was great and the owner was quick to answer any of our questions and concerns.

Very Dirty

This place was dirty when we got there. Cleaning lady came at 10:30 that night. We asked for some towels and she said she'd bring them back the next day. She didnt. We seen her at the condo outside and she said she'd return with some and never did. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the shower curtain. Base boards are falling off. The floors were absolutely disgusting. This place is so outdated and dirty. We couldnt even watch tv the whole stay cause it didnt work. This place needs to be closed until they can remodel and clean it up good. Its so nasty.

Terrible Condo

Words cannot describe how disgusted we were at the filth and lack of service at this condo. Having to go out to buy cleaning supplies along with hand soap, trash bags (that didn't fit the trash can) is not acceptable. We work hard for our time off and scrimped and saved for this vacation for what we consider an outlandish fee for just a nasty place to stay. It took two times for the owner to respond with check in information. I also asked him for trash bags many times and didn't make attempts to bring any. When we arrived at our condo, there were dirty towels and rags left on the counter and the kitchen was not clean/gross. There were dirty dishes left in the cupboard as well. The floors were beat up and filthy. There was mold on the walls and baseboards were all beat up and coming off. I cleaned the condo down with Clorox Wipes-they were black when I was finished. Due to construction, we couldn't sit out on our balcony because of the workers-whistling at us as well. If it were within our rights, I would demand the cleaning fee and partial payment back for our stay. The website is not update and everything listed is not true. VRBO needs to be more selective of who they represent -and possibly have someone inspect places before hand. There are all kinds of terrible reviews about Sun bird Condominiums on the website. We even talked to people at the pool who had a nasty condo as well. I have pictures if needed so our information can be verified.

Why they chose this property

This is 12 story building and the condo is on the 5th floor. This allows for the breathtaking views and at the same time does not give you a fright when you look down. Sunbird is in the middle of the PCB - close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It has the convenient layout and family atmosphere.

Very comfortable one bedroom condo for romantic getaway or for your vacation with children.
