The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a wide-screen TV; the second has a king-size bed and a single couch bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that there are currently constructions going on in the area, so noise is to be expected.

Downtown Dubai is the city's busy tourism hub, home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall is 3 minutes away and offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.
The Carrefour market and coffee shops are just outside the tower.
The famous CZN Burak restaurant is less than 2 minutes walk.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Dubai Fountain Street 1, is just a 12-minute walk.
Dubai Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
