This exceptional beachside villa is located in the luxurious residential area of Malmok, only steps away from the magnificent Boca Catalina Beach! The calm, crystal clear waters of Boca Catalina and its easy accessibility from a sandy white beach make it a gem for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. The location of this villa is superb, not only because of its proximity to one of Aruba’s most beautiful beaches, but also because it is just minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, shops, casinos, and hotels. You can enjoy a private, peaceful vacation in the tranquil area of Malmok, yet still be close to all the excitement and happenings that the island of Aruba has to offer.

The Beachside Villa at Boca Catalina is the ultimate beach house! It has a comfortable, casual vibe and is an excellent spot for family and friends to experience a wonderful vacation and create cherished memories. The villa features numerous amenities, including a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and primary bedroom. The blue waters of the ocean are stunning and the sunsets are gorgeous! Since the balcony is accessed from the patio, the amazing panoramic views can be enjoyed by all the guests. This lovely villa features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. In each bedroom there is en suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom also includes its own air conditioner, ceiling fan, and TV. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and is located upstairs, off the spacious wrap-around balcony. The second bedroom is on the main floor, off the pool, and has a King size bed. The third bedroom is also on the main floor, and it has two Queen size beds. The house also has Wi-Fi, cable, an alarm system, and a safe in each bedroom.

This villa boasts an eat-in, air-conditioned granite kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and regular coffee machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is also an outdoor gas grill with BBQ tools. Our guests have use of a full size washer and dryer, as well as a clothesline, an ironing board and an iron. Additionally we provide beach chairs, beach towels, floats, coolers, and a selection of snorkeling equipment.

One of the most delightful features of this villa is its lush, meticulously maintained, tropical garden, which includes a stunning variety of palm trees and exotic plants, for that authentic island atmosphere. This fully fenced, beautiful property includes a private swimming pool, a private gazebo, and a covered patio with a living room, an outdoor TV, and a dining area. The pool and expansive yard include lights for nighttime enjoyment.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house in a great location, close to several nice beaches, restaurants and casinos. The house was very comfortable for our party of 5, the pool, patio and backyard garden space were excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the second floor balcony and enjoyed coffee and conversation under the gazebo.

Great property in awesome location with outstanding service and amenities.

The host/manager was informative and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our crew of 6. Love the location on the northern part of the island. They provided chairs, floats, and a cooler. Anyone who travels to aruba knows how having these items saves money. We would definitely visit using this property again!! Thank you for making our 4th visit so memorable!

Beautiful home everything you could possibly need to enjoy the island. Boca Catalina Beach is right around the corner. Short drive to California Lighthouse and Arashi Beach. Palm Beach are is also a short drive. Highly recommended!!

We rented this lovely home for a week and it was terrific! The house is beautifully decorated and the outside area, where we spent most of our time, is so peaceful with many little areas to sit and enjoy - think Happy Hour! Exquisite Stay in Aruba

Our week at Garden Villa was exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations for everything from the furnishings, garden, pool, master suite with ocean view to the well equipped kitchen. Great location, nicely appointed property

Although some new property construction is now taking place west of the property that will restrict some ocean views, the top floor suite and patio still has a very nice view of the beach and ocean. The location is a very short walk across the street to Boca Catalina beach, and the property overall is very well appointed and maintained. We will return.

We had a wonderful time in Malmok this past week. We were three couples. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed including beach toys. Washer and dryer worked great! The villa was much larger and even nicer than expected. Everything was clean and well maintained. Molly welcomed us and answered all of our questions. The location was excellent. Perfect location, beautiful home

This is our first time in this home. It was perfect! In Aruba it's so nice to have a place with a lot of outdoor space and this one definitely hits the mark. There were several beautiful sitting areas, lovely gardens and outdoor dining area that we used every day. Pool was perfect as well. Of course having a location that is literally steps from some of the best beaches on the island is amazing as well. Three large bedrooms each with their own ensuite. We had our adult kids with us so it was ideal. My youngest daughter was on her university 'reading week' so the wifi was important. We will certainly be looking at this place again.

Beautiful place

We stayed for a week in January. This house is in best part of Aruba. We went all over the island and this was our favorite part. The backyard is amazing!!!!!! The top suite was beautiful and we had so much room even for 7 people. We were met at house and showed were everything was. Everyone was so nice and answered our questions when we come back this will definitely be a place we will stay again!! Be sure to go right around corner to Arashi beach!! Their bar is amazing, and one of the prettiest beaches we visited!!

Great for families

Recently stayed there for 9 days. The place is beautiful. The house is right by Boca Catalina beach where there are beautiful houses and apparently dubbed the “Beverly Hills” of Aruba. You could see the beach from the top bedroom. Plenty of space for 6. The pool was maintained through our stay. Easy check in and communication. I forgot my carry on and was able to get it before my flight with no issues. There is construction going on but there was no noise complaints. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

This was my husband and my first trip to Aruba. We travelled with 2 other couples. The one couple had been to Aruba 4 times and said they would definitely choose this house again. It had everything we needed and amazing property and view of the beach. Our rooms were spacious and the outdoor sitting area was amazing! The owner was quick to reply to all our questions and needs. We rented a car and were close to everything. The area was beautiful, clean, up to date and spacious. My husband and I stayed in the suite with an amazing ocean view. A little bit of paradise

I, along with my husband, sister and brother-in-law booked this villa to stay in while in Aruba. The pictures don't do it justice! It is clean, well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Towels (beach included) beach chairs, floaties for the pool, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! I could go on. We were at the house just relaxing as much as we went out to explore! To say we enjoyed ourselves is an understatement! Shout out to Anushka who answered my texts immediately when there was a question. Thanks Matthew for answering all my questions before arrival. Book it, it's great!

2024 Winter Holidays in Aruba

An amazing 10 days at Villa Boca Catalina! We have rented villas 4 previous times during the winter holidays in Aruba-- typically in the Opal neighborhood behind the Ritz. When my 2024 VRBO rental was unexpectedly cancelled by the Owner (very stressful!!!) I scrambled to find a replacement, and found Villa Boca Catalina a bit father down the coast. Well... everyone in our group unanimously agreed that this change of plans was THE BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT! We absolutely LOVED this location and home. It is a 2 minute walk to our favorite snorkel beach. We enjoyed sunset views from the upstairs balcony. The pool was clean and outdoor furniture abundant. One family member had to work and used the pavilion as his outdoor office all week-- so nice listening to the chirping birds and rustle of the palms! Comfortably furnished. The outdoor TV was a hit. Linens and towels were more than sufficient. My only recommendation is to perhaps pack a pillow top mattress pad for those who may not appreciate super firm mattress. Overall-- we just had the best holiday!

5 starfish review!

First, let me say, this is the home of your dreams…anywhere you live. Now place in one of the most perfect spots on the paradise of Aruba and it’s the home of your island dreams. Three very comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. All air-conditions and super comfortable with ample closet space. There's a cozy living room area and, in my opinion, one of the best appointed kitchens of any rental property I’ve stayed in Aruba. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, anything you need. There’s also a table in the kitchen area as well if you want to dine inside. The outdoor area is wonderful. Lots of cozy nooks to relax, a gazebo to chill out and unwind, and a dining table for outside meals. (Note: there’s a grill as well!) The pool is amazing and good size for floating and relaxing…plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower as well. There were plenty of beach accessories including beach chairs, floaties and even snorkel gear. The hosts Matthew and Anna were very communicative, buttoned up and thoughtful. Anouschka, our point of contact, was a gem…meeting us at the property, giving us all the details and a tour, and checking up on us regularly to make sure we were taken care of. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The house is on a quiet street, literally steps from gorgeous Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi. Arashi beach is super close as well. Being in Noord, you have an ideal jumping-off spot to explore the lighthouse, California Dunes, and the beautifully rugged North coast. The main hotel area is just a few minutes drive. If you want to have a comfortable, affordable, special family or group friend Aruba trip, look no further!

Amazing Vacation * Amazing Location

Our first time in Aruba was spectacular...and this beautiful home was a big part of it! We were WOWED the moment we walked in! The pictures and description online are exactly what you get...actually it's even better in person! Very clean, beautiful landscape, everything you need including a grill, laundry, towels, pool floats, chairs. They have everything! We had 4 adults and we very much enjoyed the outdoor TV area each night, along with the pool. The location is the best of the best with Boca Catalina Beach a short 3 minute walk (this beach has great snorkeling). We loved the privacy! Five Stars! We will be back for sure!

Perfect for our visit.

We very much enjoyed our week at the Garden Villa. The house was super clean and comfortable. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple couples. The kitchen had everything we needed or wanted. The outside is very inviting. The pool is awesome, although it was surprisingly a little chilly for my 50-year-old bones at night. We are already planning a return visit and when we do, we would gladly stay here again.

Slippery when wet

Awesome location - just steps from the beach and close to arashi beach. The house is clean and has every commodity in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Well stocked with chairs, towels and floats for the water. The manager responded to texts very quickly. Always wear shoes because any water on the tiles outside will land you on the ground. We all experienced this. Showers are great tho the hot water runs out fast. We stayed 10 days. Room service at least once would have been nice. There was no broom so the floors were pretty dirty toward the middle of the stay. Still give it 5 stars. Would definitely come back!!

Amazing vacation!

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved it. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. Its on a quiet street, only a very short walk away from the beach. It had everything we needed and the manager was quick to respond to messages and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
