Beautiful Ocean View Condo.
Complete renovation 2019. Enjoy this beautiful ocean view second floor unit that sleeps six comfortably. A very clean and recent total remolded(18-19) two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. This newly updated condo features a master bedroom with queen sized mattress and private bath. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed as well as another twin bed. All mattresses have new allergy covers and flat screen TVs are in every room. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Tile through out with granite vanities. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and cabinets along with dinning area. It is fully functional to fit all needs. The well-proportioned living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. A second floor balcony off the living room offers a great view of the ocean and swimming pool. The condo complex offers a community laundry room located on the first floor and a picnic area with grills. The famous Ocean Annie's beach bar featuring live music daily is located within walking distance. Just a short drive to many attractions including Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, golf courses, numerous restaurants and family entertainment. This location has it all! New photos coming April upon completion of remodel.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having all the linens and towels provided was so convenient. The updated bathrooms were beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed in several condos in this area over the years and this was by far my favorite. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Amazing Beach & Great Golf

Absolutely a great location right on a beautiful beach and minutes away from golf courses and shopping. Balcony right off the living room overlooking the beach and ocean.

Perfect location and had everything we needed!

This property was very clean(could smell the cleaning supplies upon arrival) perfectly located between Myrtle and N. Myrtle. Literally steps away from the beach. Love how close it is near shopping and tons of places to eat! Loved drinking my coffee every morning in the balcony and hearing the ocean at night!

Pleasant even during the tropical storm

The condo was nice with a great view and the master shower is huge. We stayed during the only week hurricane/tropical storm Debbie came thru. We only got a couple decent days where we could use the pool and ocean but we made the most of it and we didnt get hit as hard as some of the other areas. Just wish we could have had some more sunshine but the condo was still a nice place to stay and would again.

This unit is updated to the hilt - kitchen, bathrooms, and awesome A/C (most units in this building still have the older window A/C units, but this unit was upgraded to the ductless A/C for whisper quiet operation and separate temp controls in each room.). Highly recommend!

The condo was fabulous in itself lots of modern appliances and modern look . The only suggestion I would recommend is replace bedding it was very stained maybe not use white it was like it wasn’t washed in the one room . We bring our own so it wasn’t nothing to complain about . The condo in its was very beautiful!! It had everything we could of needed for vacation. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location great unit

Matt was easy to work with. Condo was nicely renovated with super nice bathrooms and great view of ocean and pool. I’m a shore dr veteran and believe apatb iii is the best property to stay at. I highly recommend this unit and this complex.

The property is nicely renovated!

We loved the upgrades and removal of window air conditioners. Occasionally, the air conditioners rattled against a little box underneath them. The beds were a little squeaky, and we could hear any time someone rolled over or got. The place was very clean upon arrival. The cleanest we've stayed in in 20 years. I do think the management company needs to monitor pool activity. People were screaming in the pool until 1 or 2am most nights which is right outside the master bedroom window. We would definitely consider renting again.

April Trip for Easter & Spring Break

Great Location, Great Price

The location was within walking distance of the apache pier and to the inlet in the other direction. The price was easily one of the better prices I found and everything went smoothly and had no issues. I recommend staying here if you are coming to Myrtle and especially if you like to fish with plenty of fishing going on in that area.

This location has it all. Walk out of the building directly onto the beach. Condo directly above the pool with ocean view. About a mile away from grocery stores, Walmart, and Outlets. Nearby golf course, shopping and many restaurants. Whether you are on a family vacation, a golf trip, or a romantic get away, this place has it all. Too many local attractions to list. Family favorites are Broad way at the Beach and Barefoot landing, both just a short drive away.
