We had eight moms and 15 children on our trip. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for everyone in the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the hot tub and pool exceptionally clean. Rubin was a fantastic host. And the bear sighting was just the cherry on top.

We came with high expectations and they were exceeded. The place has so many amenities. The game room and the pool were a big hit with our kids. We would recommend this to place to anyone. Communication was excellent with our host. The kitchen was large and well stocked and had double of each appliance. One of our highlights was a morning visit by 2 black bears.

Property is amazing! Kids loved the pool and hot tub, the rooms were huge, beds were comfy, and the kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils. A few minor issues but nothing that impacted our stay. Would stay here again.

We are a family of 19 ranging in ages from 65 to 2. The size of the house was perfect. It was very clean and there was a great game space for the kids. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are 2 refrigerators and dishwashers which were very nice. So many things for everyone to do. There was an issue with the water and I contacted Ruben and he got right on it. He was very nice and always got back to me. The outside areas to hang out are very nice and spacious. We all had a great time. Thank you Ruben

Our family reunion at this lovely mountain cabin was perfect! Of the many places we have rented, this was the cleanest, best equiped and most spacious by far! Ruben, the host, was very quick to respond to questions we had and offered helpful information for things to do in the area. Our group ranged in ages from 1 to 80. There were plenty of activities for all to enjoy - from the sauna, pool, and hot tub to the game room, home theater, and peaceful views from the spacious decks - the entire place was a dream. The large kitchen made meal preparation very easy. There was plenty of fridge and stove space for our big group. We made many good memories here. Thank you!

Great Stay for Our Big Family Gathering!

This home was perfect for our large group of 23. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and gather when we wanted to. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. A solid choice for any big family or group looking to stay together under one roof!

Friend vacation

Our bunch of 29 had the best time in this wonderful cabin! Even saw a bear walking behind the cabin one morning! My only suggestion is there needs to be something in front of the hot tub to help prevent slips. Overall great stay and highly recommend!

The house was great - still has new smell and plenty of everything. Pool could have been a little warmer but it didn't stop us from having fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Ruben is the best! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless. We never had to question anything as he made sure he provided us with every bit of information we needed. The attention to detail, was the most valuable part of our trip. Everything we needed and more was provided. We had a large group so we were happy with the way the cabin was stocked with supplies, roomy and plenty of activities. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, and most importantly it was spotless! Location was great! We were close by and far enough away that we could still have the secluded feel. We plan on making this an annual trip and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sevierville. We had 19 in our group - 10 adults and 9 kids. The house suited our needs, though I will note that there were no kid friendly cups or dishes - everything was glass or ceramic, so parents of younger kids might want to pack some plastic dining ware. The kids loved the pool and the game room. I wish there was more seating in the living room, but given the open floor plan, some people just sat at the dining table and it all worked out fine. Having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens was so handy for a group our size! The house is conveniently located close to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Pretty much everything is 20-25 minutes away but we didn’t find traffic to be bad. Also, Walmart does deliver groceries to this address, so we were able to put in a few orders and save time not having to drive into town to grocery shop! The host was very responsive, and we all agreed we would rent this cabin again! We even saw bears in the backyard a few times.
