Very nice stay. Convenient to our sons home. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard great for our dog plus the field a block away was fun for our dog to run off leash. Comfortable home.
Great property close to where we wanted to be. Rented for my 25 and 33 yr old daughters to meet their new nephew.
Need to knows: outside garbage was overflowing.
Found dirty laundry in the main bedroom closet.
Doesn’t seem like the spare bedroom sheets were changed between visits.
No onsite booklet so we never figured out the furnace but there are heaters in the bedrooms that work great.
It is close to train tracks and a small airport so train and airplane noises are happening throughout the day and night.
Someone showed up at 7:55am to check the sprinkler system. Would have been nice to have heads up from hosts that someone was scheduled.
That being said it really is a nice spot and cute place. Would rent again.
Thank you,
Melisaa
I have been to a few house shares over the years, and hand's down this was the best one I have ever stayed in.
First of all, it was extremely clean!!! it was truly spotless floor to ceiling, and ready for us to arrive. Not a towel or pillow was out of place! There were plenty of additional toilet paper and garbage bags and soap and anything else we needed. The owner was SOOOOO helpful and communicative as well, he answered all my questions before and during our stay, and was so friendly! even gave us some advice on local events going on.
Also, most house shares are smaller than the pictures, but this one was not! it was much bigger on the inside! we had plenty of space to move around, and even with 2 people cooking at once we were never in each other's way! It was lovely. The area is super cute as well, plenty of nice places to walk around. We felt really safe there the entire time.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. the best I can say is that I need to go back to Spokane in a few months, and I am for sure going to try and stay here again if possible!!!
