Create awesome summer beach memories at our home located on great beach block in Surf City, just 5 houses from the beach (no street to cross to get to the beach). The house is a great single family or multi family residence, with a fenced front area and porch on the first floor and large deck on the upper unit. The house is beautifully maintained and cared for. Park in the driveway and relax...no need to get back in the car. Just steps to shops, mini golf, restaurants, pharmacy and more. The beach is beautiful with soft, well groomed sand and life guards. You're our guest(s) and it is our goal to make your vacation experience at our home memorable so that you'll return year after year, just as many of our families already do.
