Quaint 3 bedroom Carriage House

This property is set back from the road with a great deck and picnic table for dining, reading or relaxing. The house is 3rd from the beach which makes it quick and easy to get to the beach. There is the Master BR on the 2nd floor with a wall TV, bunk beds upstairs also, BR with a queen size bed on the main floor in addition to a queen size futon in the LR. The beach is wide and clean. Walking distance from mini golf, restaurants, bakery [2.5 blocks away], nail salon, bike rentals, jet ski rentals, marinas, etc. A wonderful place to relax!

Can't beat the location

We booked this property for proximity to the beach (3rd house) and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the house, which the photos didn't really show. We definitely recommend for a simple, low key, family beach vacation!

Perfect Getaway!

Irmee was a wonderful host and the carriage house was super clean. You can’t beat three houses from the beach. The house is perfect for a family of four and grandparents!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy here because the beach is great and doesn't get washed out with bad weather or in the winter like some other areas. It is close to the beach foremost, but also close to the bridge (1 mile) and walking distance to a bakery, bike rental, mini golf, restaurants, boat and jet ski rental and more.

What makes this property unique

Our home is the 3rd house from the beach and great to go out to the beach and so close it is easy to go back for lunch or bathroom breaks. Great with small children. The bakery around the corner is excellent for breakfast or treats and you can walk to a lot of places. Our street is also pretty quiet.
