This is a great place for fishing for anyone with a fishing license! When you aren't out on the water yourself, sit back and enjoy watching passing boaters. Continue to enjoy the perfect weather while visiting the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, Colee Hammock Park, the Jungle Queen Riverboat, and Jacaranda Golf Club. Additional attractions like the Historic Stranahan House Museum and Hard Rock Live (In Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood) are both less than 10 miles away. For cruise-goers, the house is very close to the Port Everglades Cruise Port in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Beach are each within a five-mile drive.

Back at your stay, the interior is composed of cool marble flooring, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. The open living room's oversized sofa and large TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. Multinational movie streaming is available with a TV box in the sitting room. The adjacent chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops.

The bedrooms, equally inviting, are adorned with soft linens and plenty of natural lighting. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
