About this property

Welcome to a newly renovated cottage in one of the world’s favorite river cities, Memphis, Tennessee. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate dining, updated kitchen and den/office make this a wonderful space to enjoy a home away from home. Ideally located in Central Gardens, a national historic district, you are close to most attractions that draw visitors to Elvis Presley’s hometown. You are five short blocks from Cooper Young, an area to enjoy fine dining, live music and boutique shopping. Beale Street, Elvis’s compound, University of Memphis, Civil Rights Museum, Stax Museum, Botanical Gardens and the fun places to visit at the Mississippi River. All are less than 12 minutes from this lovely home.

Beautiful historic home in a safe and quiet neighborhood

This historic gem of a home was perfect for our family for a weekend stay. It is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and the Saturday farmer’s market. It is a short drive to downtown or the University area. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The check in and out processes were simple. The living areas were a perfect place to gather and the outside porches and backyard were great spaces to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. Washer and dryer also looked new. We would recommend this property!
