Walk to Nantucket Sound from this adorable 3 Bedroom Ranch! It's a quick 2 minute/500 foot walk right down the road. This home features 3 good size bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 Twins. Nice size living and family room that are front to back with nearby galley kitchen. Sliders from the dining room lead you to a nice deck with a grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The yard is big and grassy in the front and back, perfect for kids. This house is ready for your family to enjoy!
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

A lovely vacation choice.

The house is cozy and a great beach theme. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is great. Very close to Glendon Beach. The appliances and bathroom are a little outdated. No air conditioning, but who cares, you're not supposed to be indoors at a beach vacation! Now the bad. When we arrived, there was garbage around the garbage bins. (Dirty Diapers and plastic bottles). The patio umbrella was broken and the BBQ grill hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. We picked up the garbage and cleaned the grill. I blame it on the previous renters and the cleaning services. Robert Paul Properties compensated us with 2 extra hours of relaxation on our departure day. Overall I would rent this property again.
