Spacious/comfortable/separate and COMPLETELY private suite attached to our home. Private entrance w/ parking and kitchenette. 10 min to Hollywood Beach & Downtown. 5 min to Highways. Airports: 10 min FLL /30 min MIA. Central S Florida location. Walking to shops/grocery/golf course/restaurants/parks. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Room can accommodate upto 2 adults and 2 children under 16.
Exterior security cameras are installed in various locations around the property.
