Inside, this snowbird-friendly gem has a total of 4,412 square feet of footage, including 1,120 square feet of pool room. The pool room boasts an in-ground heated pool with a brand-new pool heater, poolside loungers, a poolside hot tub, and a half bathroom. Spend your days swimming to your heart's content, playing pool basketball in the attached hoop, or treating yourself to soothing baths in the hot tub.

The home features rich wood accents, presenting a Pacific Northwest feel throughout the home. Discover not one, but two separate living areas, ideal for larger groups. One of the living areas boasts a beautiful gas fireplace and a comfortable seating area, where you can gather and plan your next adventures with family and friends. The larger living room enjoys vaulted ceilings, another fireplace, a large smart TV with streaming services and cable, numerous book and board games, and even a small wet bar. Surprise your guests with your culinary skills in the adjoining, well-appointed kitchen and treat them to delicious homemade meals. The kitchen has been appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, custom built-in wardrobes, and smart TVs. They are all about comfort and entertainment! The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath with a 7' massage tub, heated floors, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The front room couch has a pull-out queen-size bed for an additional sleeping option.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
