This cozy ski in ski out condo on Schweitzer Mountain sleeps 8 people. The ground floor has a convenient mudroom just off the entry to store your gear. Adjacent to the mudroom is a separate bedroom that can sleep 4; with 2-queen beds, dresser, night stand, game table, and TV with an adjacent laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The third floor bedroom sleeps 4; furnished with 2- beds, dresser, night stand and a full bath. The main floor has a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, living room with a sofa and chaise lounge, all convenient to watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. If you prefer you can simply enjoy the warmth of the fireplace or take a short walk to the village for dinner and drinks.

Great location!

True ski in / ski out. Super easy to get to the lifts and back to the condo once you know the route. The great room layout with kitchen, eating and lounging is super nice for hanging out apres ski. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Great place

Had a great time staying here. The furniture is a bit dated but super comfortable. The beds are especially nice. Location is perfect for ski in/out. Definitely stay here again.

Fourth time's a charm and getting better all the time.

Jeff's place works out great for us; ski-in/out from the front door, amenities are there. On top of that he seems to care enough to make it better all the time, with more hooks and fresh kitchen stuff.

This place was amazing

This condo was perfect for our annual men’s snowboarding/ski trip. This was our first time going to Schweitzer and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was easy to get to, clean, comfortable, and it was an easy ski in ski out. It was also an easy walk to the Schweitzer village.

Perfect Ski-in Ski-out

Great property, easy parking, and the path to the lifts was only a few steps from the front door of the condo. The layout of this condo was very nice. Primary bedroom on the 3rd floor and the second bedroom on the main. I also appreciated how easy it was to checkout - just take the garbage out and turn off the water/water heater (no requirement to strip beds and start laundry as with many condo rentals). The owner was also very responsive. We hope to stay here again.

Excellent Ski-In-Ski-Out Well Hosted

Jeff was awesome working with us, very responsive. We loved being able to ski from the front door and to the front door. Comfortable stay and very usable kitchen (which we used a lot) with spices of all kinds. It was perfect for 3 old guys who love to ski.

Jeff keeps a very good place to sleep, cook and chill for 3 old guys to ski I/O. We love stepping out onto the mountain and the view is great - both sunrise and sunset.

Location of property is excellent. Put skis on right outside the door, skied back right up to the door. Pleasant walk to and from the village. The set up is great for skiing with place to keep Niki’s and boots in entry. Has multiple boot and glove dryers too! Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable

Awesome ski in ski out condo

This place had everything for my family. Ski in ski out access, a kitchen, a place for our ski gear, and more. The kitchen is a little small but well stocked with all the essentials. To ski out you literally just walk about 15 feet straight out the front door. Skiing back to the condo requires a walk across the parking lot (about 150 feet) unless there is a secret we could not find. Overall an awesome place and location.

Warm welcome @ Crystal Run!

We stayed here while attending a nieces wedding. Besides the gorgeous territorial view & convenience to the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out or walk via the cat track or road), the property has many recent upgrades to recommend it: fully appointed kitchen (with generous welcoming basket to greet you on arrival), new & very comfortable mattresses & bedding, mud room to store all your gear, 2 full sized baths with tubs to soak after a full day of play, flat screen t.v.'s, games, washer/dryer, free parking, next to a full service mountain resort with restaurants, pubs, pizza, coffee shops, market, gear shop & rentals. This place is ideal year round, for vacationers seeking a magical mountain get-away!

Comfortable ski condo

The condo is slightly above the village with a cat track to ski down. If the Basin Express lift is running you can ski in, otherwise it is a walk up from the village that feels long only if you are piggy backing a 5-year-old. The kitchen was well stocked except for cereal bowls. The condo was warm and welcoming, which was especially nice in the mud room. Our kids liked the games, especially Snowboard Monopoly. There was no internet available at the time of our visit although it was listed on VRBO as a feature. We were able to use our T-mobile smartphones just fine.

Great place, helpful and responsive owner!

I’ve stayed in other condos in this complex, and appreciated the extra bed space this unit affords. The ski access is fantastic- ski out trail is about 20-25 steps from the front door. The unit is well equipped and very clean. Glove and boot dryers much appreciated. The owner was immediately responsive to questions with the water (pipe froze with extreme cold temps after someone had unplugged the heat tape for the water service and turned off the heat in the utility area) and arranged for a plumber to come out and make sure things were working properly (on a Sunday no less). In addition, he gave a partial refund for our troubles, which was much appreciated. Definitely would stay here again! Schweitzer is a great place to ski with a nice ski village.

Fabulous place and experience.

This is a truly great find. It's a real "ski in and ski out" condo with the ski run to the base just steps from the front door. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen and main area were super cozy and fun for our family to hang out after days of skiing. The ski room was awesome to store all our gear and suit up each day. We plan to come back!

I am currently a student at Seattle University and a graduate of Joel E. Ferris high school. I am assisting my parents with renting our condo due to the lack of use, with my brother and I no longer living in Spokane. After using different rental agencies in the area we decided that listing it by ourselves was the best option; allowing a competitive rental rate and making your rental experience as personal as you would like, rather than a business transaction.
My mother Linda Kolcum is a stay at home mom who keeps our house in tip top shape year round, while my father Jeff is gainfully employed outside the house. My family and I truly love going up and staying at Schweitzer to ski and snowboard. We have made countless memories over the many years of Schweitzer and the condo. After experiencing multiple resorts in different states and countries Schweitzer still remains at the top of our list. We now see our condo and the mountain as a second home and cherish every moment we spend there.

Why they chose this property

We originally purchased the unit at Schweitzer because our love to ski and snowboard, we knew the money spend would be well worth it with many happy memories as our return. The decision to purchase a unit at Crystal Run came easy with the great location it offered a short walk to the village and provides ski in ski out cat track located only several feet from our front door. Besides the location, its warm cozy feeling and ability to sleep numerous guests made Crystal Run #17 the perfect option for our family.

What makes this property unique

The condo has a warm and pleasantly comfortable feel the moment you walk in. From the cozy living room with the fireplace and adjacent kitchen provides all the conveniences of home. The layout makes it extremely easy to accommodate multiple families with the separated bedrooms and ability to sleep 8. The main floor creates a great gathering place to eat, relax and enjoy the mountain at your door step.
