No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

Beautiful villa at Willow Bend, the newest community in Barefoot Resort. Willow Bend is tucked away in a private serene setting surrounded by the Greg Norman course, lakes and the flourishing tropical landscape found throughout our remarkable resort. Willow Bend has its own spacious community pool and pool house. Our pampered guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway right in front of the marina. The hot spa, part of the main resort pool, is soothing and relaxing!

This custom first floor villa has been stocked with families in mind. The spacious great room contains an entertainment center with 51" flat panel TV and a Blue Ray DVD player. The full size gourmet kitchen is well stocked with all your needs and special amenities surely to please. Dine in complete comfort seated at the lovely pub height dining table with seating for eight. The great room looks out to the screened porch with a private wooded area right outside.

The master suite has a plush king bed and a master bathroom with a large garden tub. The second bedroom as a comfy queen bed with the guest bathroom located just outside the door. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, plenty of storage, and a TV. Call our reservations department to book today!

Location is great

I've stayed at Barefoot landing before so I am familiar with the condos. We had friends stay in the next building over. The unit was as described, but in comparison to others very sparsly decorated and supplied. Had bare minimum plates and glasses, and only 4 towels per bathroom total. No extras for a 3 bedroom. No extra blankets, pillows or linens. There was no kitchen supplies (some do) coffee filters, plastic wrap, foil, etc. Had to go buy everything for our short stay. But I did like the location. Quiet end first floor unit.

Nice. Quiet place to stay.

It is a nice condo. Could use some updates and there is NOTHING extra there. Not many dishes/pans/general items. Bring all that you may need! Not many towels and washcloths. We were constantly washing and drying to keep clean ones. The pool is great and free WiFi so those were good!

Nice place for family with kids.

The property is in a very nice location. It is big enough for a family of six. Just some things to consider is having the carpets cleaned as they do have some stains and also the dining table needs to be reinforced as is very wobbly. Other than that the property is very comfortable. We loved the fact that it is in the first floor and we didn’t have to worry about the kids walking loudly. We couldn’t hear the people upstairs either.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED! VERY CLEAN

The pictures advertised is just how clean and maintained this property actually is. You will not be disappointed. The décor is lovely and my friends and I felt like we were in the comfort of our own homes. The Property Management staff was friendly. The only downside is that the checkout time is too early 10am - other condos & villas normally let guests checkout at 11am.
