Great Log cabin with 30 mile views across the valley and to the mountains in the west, watch the beautiful sunsets! A private mountain setting close to the Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River and Luray. Open and airy with plenty of light from the large windows , the cathedral ceilings soar to 28 feet with exposed beams, all hardwood floors. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking or take it easy on the covered porch breathing in that fresh mountain air. No major road close by so no traffic noise. So dirty

The road leading to the cabin is very scary and is filled with run down homes and people living very poorly. The road is very steep and gravel with many down trees in the roadway. Upon arrival the basement door was open and we found many things that indicated someone was staying there. The house was FILTHY! Bugs everywhere (alive and dead), everything had a noticeable layer of some sort of grease or just dirt build up all over it. There was no fire pit at all, the fireplace was broken, the tv didn’t work, the linens were all dirty. It was late and pouring down raining when we arrived and it’s the only reason we stayed. The couches were disgusting and covered in stains and actually had at least 30 or more dead bugs all over it. All the bathrooms had noticeable leaks and water issues and the basement was as recently flooded also which you could tell by the thick mud on the floors. I’ll never stay here again and would love a refund as staying there was awful and my wife and I stayed up all night in case whomever was staying there came back.
