Your home away from home in Nassau, The Bahamas with 4 bedrooms. It's within walking distance of the world famous Bahamar Resort and just a few minutes away from public beaches and the famous Fish Fry located at Arawak Cay. This terrific house offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 Twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The Nook area also complete with 2 Queen-sized blow-up mattress beds, provides an extra area for guests to unwind. The house also features 2.5 bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Exquisite Escapes @Marlin, also features, a large outdoor area in back, with Rebecca's Cabana, Talbot's Paradise Lagon (Tropic blue swimming pool and large deck) and Mavis' Patioside complete with outdoor furniture.

The perfect stay away from home.

Celebrated me and my son’s birthday. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our gathering. The host was more than hospitable and was easily accessible. I enjoy that the neighborhood is quiet, safe and within walking distance to the world famous Bahamar Resort and several public Beaches. It is within 10 minutes by vehicle from Downtown Nassau and the world-famous Bahamian Fish Fry (Arawak Cay).

What makes this property unique

It is a home away from home, a place of peace and tranquility. The birds can be heard in the backyard singing gleefully each day and the Talbot's Paradise Lagoon (pool) is a wonderful place to soak up the Sun. There is also Mavis' Patioside or Rebecca's Cabana, where guests and their family members or friends, can share casual conversation and a beverage or meal outdoors in the warm sunlight and serene atmosphere.
