This condo is located just three minutes from the nearest parking lot at Silver Dollar City. You are so close you can hear the screams of delight from some of the roller coasters like Wildfire and PowderKeg. You can even hear the whistle from the Frisco Silver Dollar Line Steam Train as it travels through the park. And just five minutes to your south is beautiful Table Rock Lake and Indian Point Marina – a full-service marina offering boat rentals, slip rentals, floating café, gas dock, store, diving center, and more. Rent pontoons, deck boats, ski boats, and wave runners here for an unforgettable fun time on one of America’s prettiest lakes.

Continue to enjoy the weather back at your condo where you'll have access to an infinity pool located right next to your C1 Unit. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy the views of Table Rock Lake at the bottom of the hill while relaxing in the cooling water. Be sure and keep an eye out as you relax for the deer that are always roaming the Indian Point area. Inside, your comfort is guaranteed amidst the condo's open layout. The living room offers a cozy spot to sit and stream with an electric fireplace for ambiance and added warmth. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for meals in with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both a breakfast bar and dining table are available for mealtime.

This condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably between two private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom one includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom two includes a king size bed, smart TV, bedside lamps with USB and USB-C charging ports, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jacuzzi bathtub, and glass walk-in shower. Guests have a private washer/dryer and a private patio with stunning sunset and lake views. Condo at the Cliffs guests also have access to a common fire pit and outside grill area located opposite of the buildings across the parking lot at the base of the cliff.

You are just 10 minutes from Branson West with a Wal-Mart Supercenter and various fast-food restaurants and drug stores for all your needs. Some of Branson’s best-known attractions are just minutes away – Shepherd of the Hills (8 min), Tanger Outlets and the Branson Aquarium (15 min), Sight and Sound Theater (20 min), and of course Branson Landing (25 min). And if you don’t want to cook, Branson has some of the best restaurants available anywhere. And don’t forget what helped make Branson what it is – the myriad of live theaters that have been entertaining tourists here for years. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
