Summary:

What a great condo to spend your time in Branson with. VERY close to Silver Dollar City and tons of amenities to enjoy right at the condo! 2 outdoor pools, hiking trails, catch & release fishing lake (no license required), horseshoe pit, and an outdoor playground!



The Space:

Divine 9 Condo has an amazing location while being relaxing and comfortable. From the soft living room furniture where you can kick your feet up after a long day in Branson and stream your favorite show, the quality bedding, and comfortable beds and fluffy towels; everything is relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to whip up any meal, including a small crock pot, so make sure to bring your groceries or set up your Walmart order for delivery. The BBQs on-site are very close, bring a platter and grill up the best for your family! The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and make-up wipes so all you need is your smell-goods and a toothbrush to be set for a fun day! Hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small built in bench seat! (Note: walk in shower does have a small lip).



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Bedroom: King size bed (sleeps 2) - bedside lighting - quality bedding - smart TV - attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (sleeps 2) - twin/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) bedside lighting - quality bedding - smart TV

Common Area: Queen air mattress, and portable crib.



Additional features include:

Streaming option for your log-in, iron/ironing board, extra blankets and bedding, plenty of quality towels, free Wi-Fi, 12 cup coffee maker (ground coffee provided)

**NOTE: This Property is on the second floor, it will require the ability to climb stairs. There are 15 steps.

*Minimum booking age is 21.

*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by the Notch Point Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

*Pool hours are 7am-10pm during season.

This place was just what we needed. So close to Silver Dollar City, clean, and very reasonably priced! Its a bit dated but the cleanliness more than makes up for it. We enjoyed coffee on the private deck while watching the birds and squirrels. It was so peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

As this is on the West side of Silver Dollar City I find it is easier to get to the park and very easy to go back and take a brake. As for the condo it was cleaned and had what you need for a stay. The entire condo layout was nice and i would clearly stay again.

Our coffee pot was not working, and the host had one delivered early the next morning. Greatly appreciated! But the beds are not fomfortable, the pillows were like pancakes, and the bedroom closet was padlocked and we had no way to hang up our clothes. Therefore it greatly limited the space in our bedroom. Thus was in the spare bedroom, and we had 3 persons staying in it.

We really enjoyed our stay it is far enough away from the hustle bustle so you can relax, but close enough to go sight seeing. Property is how described and the bedding is excellent.

I really hate to put this out there, but this place needs to be cleaned WELL and fumigated. I was bit by bed bugs, or something like that, the first night we were there. There's more to say, but I think getting bit by bed bugs is likely enough.

Nice condo in a quiet neighborhood outside of the business of Branson. Do know that the "lake" showing in the pic is a walk from the condo and we never did go see it. No complaints, though.

Overall it was ok. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job though. Ceiling fans were very dirty, there were old coffee grounds left in coffee pot and the dryer vent was very full. I also wondered if the bedcovers were washed in between stays? They were dingy looking.

Great location

This property is a little older and not as updated as some of the properties in Notch Estates, but it was still a good stay. We had everything we needed in the condo plus it was right at the entrance to the property so we didn't have to drive very far. This property is super close to silver dollar city which makes it perfect for anyone planning to go to the park. Be forewarned the mattresses are VERY firm. If you love a firm mattress then you will LOVE these. My husband and I aren't used to such firm mattresses so we had a little trouble sleeping but that was our issue, not really a property issue. Overall I would stay here again and recommend my family or friends to also stay here.

I am a clean freak, so it didn't meet my standards. There was what appeared to be spaghetti sauce on the wall beside the stove; the laundry room and a/c closets were dirty; the closet in the small bedroom had games all in the floor out of the boxes; the Teflon pans were needing replaced; the cookware was sparsely furnished; a cookie sheet would have been handy. There was a screw partially screwed in the inside of the cabinet under the sink. I hung my arm on it twice, creating quite a sore. Very dangerous and needs to be removed. Advertised a hide abed, but there wasn't one that we found. The ceiling in the hall bath was deteriorating. Very unsightly.
