Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Jaco. With that said, I would have rather there were one large bed in the second bedroom instead of the small twin beds.

Dear Mike, Thank you for your feedback regarding the twin beds in the second bedroom. I wanted to mention that if a single bed had been preferred, you were welcome to let us know in advance. Many of our guests with similar preferences request adjustments, and we are happy to accommodate when possible. Additionally, the two twin beds can be pushed together to create a comfortable single bed, which is a convenient option for many of our guests. I truly value your input and hope this information helps for any future stays. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns or suggestions. Best regards, Nabil

Dear Tara, I hope this message finds you well. I want to address your recent review on Vrbo. I have been renting this condo for almost 10 years, and during that time, I have consistently received excellent feedback. In fact, this is the first negative review I've ever received. I was surprised to see your comments, as no previous guests have reported similar issues. The two guests who stayed just before you left positive reviews, which I believe accurately reflect the quality of the condo. My commitment to maintaining the property in excellent condition is evident in the numerous positive reviews from my guests. I encourage you to consider the experiences of my other guests, which suggest a different perspective than what you expressed. I also want to note that the cleaning team invested considerable time preparing the condo after your departure. Thank you for your understanding.

3A Bahia Azul

Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.

Jaco Beach

I had made several changes and in the end could not travel due to health reasons. The host allowed my son to stay and was gracious and understanding with the changes. My son and his family absolutely loved the property and made friends with the staff. I can not say enough good things 10/10.

Jaco beach vaca.

The location was 2nd to none, the views amazing, pool was great, area very safe. The unit it’s self is a bit tired. Not many supplies, garbage bags, dish clothes, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and also I would go back. Jaco is an awesome place.

Absolutely perfect location! Amazing sunsets; right on the beach

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset almost every night from the patio just because the view was heaven. The pool was big. The beach was literally across the street. The staff were friendly. It was not too far to walk to the main drag of Jaco. It was great. Dogs came out and frolicked in the waves in the mornings. We couldn’t have asked for more

Great beach location.

The property manager provided clear directions. Any questions were answered immediately. They helped arrange reliable transportation. The property was beautiful. Great sunsets! The pool is large and crystal clear. The property is well maintained. The beach was fantastic. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. We felt very secure. The security person met us at the gate every day . Everyone was super friendly.

Great Location just as advertised

We stayed at this property over Christmas of 2023. It is located on the beach and has a great pool just outside of the Condo. We loved getting up in the morning to walk on the beach; it was walking in paradise. There are great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The only minor issue is during the holiday some folks like to play loud music while parked on the beach in front of the condo. But I must admit everyone was very friendly and accommodating about any loud music. We plan to return.

Property Listing Disclosures

The only issue We had with our stay at this location was the Non-Disclosure of unannounced Guest limited visits from 10:00PM to 5:00AM. This restriction should be noted in the VRBO listing for future bookings.

Dear Gregory, Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you had concerns about some aspects of your stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to address them. Our management office informed me that a coffee maker was broken during your stay, and they sent a picture confirming this. The replacement cost is $85, and I would appreciate your reimbursement. Additionally, a few towels appear to be missing from the unit. No charge to relace the towels. I understand there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the guest policies, particularly related to additional visitors from nightclubs. While I strive to communicate all policies clearly, I want to ensure each guest feels informed and comfortable. These guidelines are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you were still able to enjoy parts of your stay. Best regards, Nabil

Beautiful Beachfront

The property was right on the beach with spectacular views. We could sit on the patio and watch amazing sunsets, people surfing and tropical birds. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. The pool was just steps from the door. The security was top notch and every guard was friendly and welcoming. The property manager can help you with tours and anything else you might need. I would come back again in a heartbeat. The owner is easy to contact and helpful if you have any questions or concerns.
