About this property

Lovely in-town home away from home. Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. easy access. Private parking. We have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/ commercial food prep allowed from this house.
The house is bright and airy, with a full of kitchen, hardwood floors. You will have the entire house available for your stay. It is fully stocked with all necessities for a relaxing visit. Self-check in will be provided, so you can arrive any point after check in time. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, no commercial or large-scale food preparation allowed (catering, event presentation), as we do not have a commercial hood ventilation system, and foods smells can overwhelm the space. Violation of this rule will result in a request to leave with no refund. No parties allowed.

Many small inconvenience

The house looked like the photos. The neighborhood wasn't bad but we did have someone ride by the house yelling obscenities. I'm not sure if this person thought he knew my brother but it was weird. My initial interaction with the host was great. I didn't get the check in information and she text me promptly with the info. Arriving at the house, there was a dirty mop and bucket at the 1/2 full trash can. I had to plug in the TV in the livingroom but we couldn't get the TVs in 2 other rooms to work because the remotes didn't work. Only 1 bathroom had hot water. The shower on 1 bathroom has paint peeling terribly and the exhaust fans needed to be cleaned badly. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work properly. Shelves in the fridge were cracked bad enough that we were afraid to use them because they might break. I messaged the host and 8hrs later she responded that there Rd no problem with the tv before and she would have to unplug the fridge. Never mentioned the hot water. Never resolved any complaint. The beds were clean. It was quiet. We were able to get sleep and attend my nephew's funeral and go home well rested. Not having hot water was the worst.

Stayed 2 nights in May 2024
