This four-bedroom midcentury ranch is in the heart of midtown, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, 5 minutes from FSU/FAMU and I-10 and less than 3 miles from the capitol! Please note, that the home is for sale, but available to rent through February--perfect for holidays or session! Situated on a larger lot, it offers privacy with convenience! The kitchen has a wrap-around bar that seats 8-12 and is equipped to host gatherings. Has a ring alarm system.

Good location - perfect size for the number of people we had. Love the kitchen lots of space. Slider to the out side wouldn’t lock. Guest bath in the hall wouldn’t drain. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Family Home

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to local attractions. The hosts were friendly and responsive, providing a helpful guide to the house and area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would love to return!

Homecoming Headquarters

Great house and great host !! This was our second stay at the property, and again it was just as advertised. It offers plenty of room for the small gathering of old FSU friends that our host allowed. She was even so kind as to mail us a personal item that got left behind. It will be our first choice in accommodations for any stay in Tally !!

Great weekend in Tally!

We had the best time staying at this home! We were in town for a college friend reunion and it was perfect. It was super clean and homey. Loved everything about it. Kitchen space was great for hanging out. Host was attentive and offered to provide coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay in this home again on another trip.

Graduation weekend

Family of 7. We were happy to be able to stay together. My MIL and my son are allergic to cats. Wish we had been told before booking that an outdoor cat comes inside at times. Both the MIL and son had allergic reactions. My MIL eyes were swollen shut by Saturday morning. My son who is asthmatic had an asthma attack. But we spent more time together in the house than we would have at a hotel.

Midtown home away from home

This home has everything you want or need in a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an expansive island. Big windows let in natural light and warmth. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is newly remodeled and very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and was the perfect setting for our family event. The owner/host was friendly, hospitable and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our visit.

Homecoming headquarters

We needed a 4/3 for six people, and also needed a place which allowed small groups for our college friends to gather. Due the late gametime, we were unable to have a gathering, but the house would have been PERFECT for it !! The host was accessible and accommodating, the house was everything advertised, and we would certainly book there again.

One of the BEST!

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed at, anywhere. The location is perfect, it’s on a main road but tucked up on a little hill. Easy to get to everything. The house itself is spacious and well appointed. A lot of updates have been done since our last stay 3 years ago and they have made this property even better. Beds are very comfortable, there is lots of room for everyone to gather together but also have their own space. The house was perfect for our family, including 4 older grandparents that were able to get around the one level home with ease. This house would be great for families with younger kids! Host was responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Incredible Location - Safe and Relaxing

I came to Tallahassee to enjoy a long weekend and celebrate my graduation from FSU. This house was a perfect fit for my needs, particularly the location, and the setting. I haven't rented many homes on VRBO, but in this instance, I was surprised to find that this home is fully stocked and occupied when not rented. This means that closets, dressers, and cabinets have personal items in them and that was a surprise for my group and took a day or so to adjust because we felt like we were invading someone else's space. I understand that is typical in Tallahassee, so I wanted to make sure others are aware.

Lovely Midcentury Charmer

This house was a charming property that met all our needs. It had a beautifully updated kitchen with the décor and architecture of a classic midcentury modern home. The host was easy to communicate with and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location for Football Weekend

Very welcoming

This is a terrific property and the managers were great. They welcomed us with snacks and beverages. It is a fabulous place to enjoy time with family. If we go back to the area, we would definitely stay here again if the dates were available.
