This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. Located in the perfect location at the Heart of Branson. This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a HDTV in the living and large Flat Screens in each Bedroom, WIFI, One King Bed and One Queen with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the master bedroom and Second Bedroom. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front and you are just steps from the front door..

GREAT location!!! This upscale condo is just a few blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Silver Dollar city and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was clean, comfortable and inviting, plus is at an excellent location to get to shows and fun things to do in Branson. We especially enjoyed the sunroom with the beautiful view of fall trees and golf course. We ate all of our meals there. We would definitely book again if circumstances presented the opportunity to do so.

Sleep disrupted by smoke alarm at 2:30 am, no one was available for help on the weekend. The next day l (55 year old daughter) had to climb on a chair to disarm for good sleep. Refund should be given, not a peaceful weekend.

The condo was nice and clean, and it was the perfect layout for our family - open concept kitchen and living room to see the kids while we made dinner, one level/no steps, and two full bathrooms. This is a nice place to stay and very accessible to major routes to most all attractions. It was a quiet area and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bedroom facing the north could use a blackout curtain to block the front lights of the condo.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, has everything you could possibly need. They have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.The only thing I would recommend is to take a closer look at certain areas when they are cleaning.
