Wonderful time

Our annual girls trip was wonderful. We had everything we needed at the place and the host was quick to answer back if we had questions. Will definitely go back.

Excellent weekend away!!

Property manager communication was excellent! Property was gorgeous with great views of the water and lots of boats to watch. We got lucky, it was racing at Bagnell Dam. I highly recommend this property for a nice family getaway. Clean quiet pools. Clean property. Definitely recommend!

Ozark Ahhhhhhs

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Spacious condo for 6 adults and two children under 5, we never felt on top of each other. We truly just enjoyed our view, the pool, the balcony, nice neighbors. What a lovely experience. Not so greats were few, we didn’t expect to supply more trash bags, and the kitchen seemed appointed for folks who don’t cook… Those few glitches couldn’t dampen our enthusiasm for our lake stay.

The trip was fine. Communication with the host was great. Check-in was easy. Comfy beds. Spacious area. The listing was slightly misleading. We went in early October and were excited for a heated pool (listed) as the temp was still 80. Once we arrived, we discovered the pools had been closed. There were 2 hottubs, but the area was not kept up, so the only place to put our towels was on the ground which was covered with bugs. This was disappointing as we were excited to swim and relax. The rental has a lovely view of the lake from back. The front has a huge concrete wall so you have no view out of the windows or the front door. Because we rented in the "off season" it felt like the room had been vacant. The porch had spider webs, bird poop and dead bugs. There were multiple spots of spider webs inside as well as several dead bugs by the door. Some trash had been left in the kitchen trash area and bathroom. Under the couch was very dirty, (we had to reach under for something) with a wood floor that area should be cleaned. We were told cleaners would come back the next day, but I guess they were waiting for me to confirm that yes we wanted it to be cleaned, we just assumed they would come and clean it. At the time of our rental, the dishwasher was not properly bolted and fell forward every time we would pull the drawer out load it, making it difficult to manage. it was a nice place but we will look somewhere else next time we travel.
