I arrived 1 hour after checking time.And my room still wasn't ready along with a bunch of other people sitting in the lobby.I had to wait in additional hour and a half for a room to become available. When I got up to the 2nd floor my room was located.The hallway had an extremely strong oitr of marijuana. Upon entering my room ,t had an odor of cigarettes

An embarrassing experience

When we entered the lobby and greeted the lady at the front desk with a friendly smile, her response was cold and unwelcoming. She proceeded to assign us a room, but to our shock, upon opening the door, we found a young couple already inside! It was incredibly embarrassing—she had given us an occupied room! Although she eventually arranged a different room for us, the entire experience left us feeling deeply uncomfortable. How could such a situation even occur?
