LC Sunland North - RV Hookup

Easily accessible RV lot in the Sunland Estates community on the Columbia river. Rental for one space (no RV included) water and power hookup included. No sewer dump. There is a separate rental on the south side of lot that may be rented during your stay. If interested in renting the south side in addition to the north (LC Sunland South) please message to inquire. NO BATHROOM on rental property, RV site only. Walking distance to the community store and park.

Ten minute drive to the Gorge Amphitheatre, shuttle service often available for concerts.

Concert stay

Came for the night for a concert . Cora was easy to communicate and neighbors were even helpful with helping us get our trailer ready to head back home!

Gorge concert

Nice site, Picnic table and porta potty would have been nice. Very helpful on shuttle info. Long walk to the park for the porta potty. The fact that it was a shared site was written, but the fact we would have neighbors very close, was not disclosed until about a week in advance. The other renters did not show so, we did have it to ourselves. Nice neighborhood. Would recommend for concert or recreation.

Great place to stay

Great property! We came over for a concert at the Gorge, and it was less than a 15 minute drive away. The property was clean, the neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors were very friendly. The host was super easy to communicate with and even was nice enough to check in a little early since our concert got moved ahead a couple of hours.. 10/10 would recommend 😁

Perfect getaway weekend

We had the best time! This was a complete last minute trip. The location was great, we made so many new friends. It was perfect for our little puppy too! Thank you for sharing your space with us!
