Gorgeous lake view home on Lake Cortez in Hot Springs Village. Hot Springs Village offers 11 lakes, 2 swimming beaches, and 2 marinas. Enjoy golfing for $42 at Lake Coronado. Lake Balboa, DeSoto, Ponce, and Magellan are $59. Lake Cortez, Isabella, and Granada are $66. There is an outdoor pool for just $4.50. Try your talent at Pickleball for just $13. There is a Coronado fitness center for $13. Throw a fishing line in any of the lakes. A fishing license is required for anyone 16 and older. This home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. An upper and lower level. The lower level has seperate outdoor access to lower part of house. The master bedroom has access to its own private deck. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a bonus game room. The upper level has master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom with 4 in 1 game table available. Master bedroom has 1 King, bedroom 2 has a bunk bed which has a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top, bedroom 3 has 1 Queen. We have amazing reviews from previous guests and are excited to host to more families!
