Other Things to Note:
To finalize the booking and receive check-in information, a Midterm Rental Residential Lease will need to be signed prior to occupancy.

For stays of 90 days / 3 months or less, the property manager uses a third-party to screen the guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. For stays that are over 3 months, a background check needs to be completed.
