The property was conveniently located for our purpose of being in Las Vegas. Check in was easy. You’re really on the 40th floor not 50th. Elevator goes from 39 to 50. Weird. Inside the suite the tile floors were dirty. There was vomit or urine on the tile that wasn’t cleaned until the 2nd day we were there. Communication was difficult and not responsive Overall I’ll give it 3.5 out of 5

Nice Place/Dirty floors
Great location and the pictures are accurate. The bathroom and bedroom floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. I messaged the Host with no response.
It was an AMAZING stay! The view from our 50th floor balcony was outstanding and ever-changing with the lights of the Vegas Strip before us. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed as was the bed and its linens. Oh, and the bathroom had a 'rainfall shower', something I'd always wanted to try. The room had everything we needed. Marble floor, walls & large tub made us feel like royalty. We dined one evening at A.Y.C.E. buffet in the hotel, and it was SO delicious. I even tried foods I'd not had before and everything was just awesome. The indoor staff and bellhops who retrieved our car when we needed it treated us like gold. They are a great group of people and we appreciated each and every one of them. I even left the curtains open at night and made the Vegas Strip our "night light." What a wonderful stay we had, and are making plans to return again, sometime in the future. Our Palms Place stay will give us wonderful memories for many years to come. We highly recommend this place to everyone. Been here yet? No? You gotta give it a try!
This was a nice location for our purposes. It was nice to have restaurants and the pools so close. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
I will say I am not a fan of having to pay a mandatory $80 damage charge upon reserving the condo. We are not reckless with others property and the fact that I had to pay it regardless of lack of damages is unfair. In addition upon check in there is an additional $500 hold put on the credit card.
The property needs a little maintenance especially the shower controls. They were loose and we were unable to use the showers hand held feature.
We had an awesome time. Nice to be off the strip. Love the views and the staff was friendly. Only thing was not provided was hand soap. We would have had to pay extra, so I just used my bar soap. The food down stairs at the pool was really good. Definitely would book again.

Great view, but not the greatest staffing/cleanliness
Great view, but we had to exchange the duvet cover because it was visibly soiled in several places; the floors in the room didn’t appear to have been washed between guests; the services were spotty in the building (the bar was closed once, midday, the pool opened 2 hours late, d/t no lifeguards available; they didn’t have our room ready until 2 hours after check in time, and the lines we’re horrendous, with no where to comfortable sit in the lobby, but they gave us a food credit for the inconvenience; Palms Place is staffed as an afterthought, w/the Palms casino and hotel being their main focus. But, for the price, you get a strip view, and the restaurant “Laguna “, in Palms place was the shining star of the property; service at restaurant was impeccable, but then, they aren’t staffed by the hotel, so that makes sense. The restaurant overlooks/is connected to the pool; it was really fun to hang out at the pool (although they need misters out there, because it was too hot to walk barefooted on pool deck), and have something to eat while hanging out; all in all, it’s pretty good for what you pay; I would just demand that the floor be mopped and all bedding changed before your visit;
Loved, loved, loved this place! Super clean, excellent amenities. Shower handle needs to be tightened, a few light bulbs need to be replaced. I can’t wait to stay here again!
I always rent a high floor strip facing suite with an "open" balcony, the view never gets old! Free self parking nearby and I dint pay any resort fees. Fitness center adequate, and as its off strip, no nutty traffic problems.
Downsides: My deal didn't come with a room clean or towel change (would have been an extra $50 per day) and there are no food or even drinks outlets in Palms Place, you have to walk across (inside) to the Palms Casino, so if you fancy a coffee etc, its not a 2 min job to get it!
