Welcome to Living Water Lodge! This stunning, resort-style modern luxury cabin is nestled on a private creek in Eagle Mountain and was envisioned as a place for rest and healing. Each room has been carefully curated to create a peaceful environment where you can take a pause from your busy life, reconnect with loved ones, and be inspired. Each of the four master bedrooms have their own unique designs and color palettes to reflect the unique personalities of the individuals who will stay here. We can't wait to see which room you pick for your stay! The bunk room has a patriotic theme for the young and young-at-heart.

Kitchen and Dining - The dining table seats 10 but can expand with two leaves to accommodate up to 14 guests. Additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, knives, pots, pans, telescoping roasting sticks, bread pan, muffin pan, wok, 2-slice toaster, cheese grater, colander, waffle maker, pizza slicer, measuring cups and spoons, ice cream scoop, can opener, wine opener, bottle opener, mini food processor/chopper, hand mixer, mixing bowls, salad bowls, serving platters, crock pot, and blender.

Downstairs Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) – King bed, 2 nightstands, chair, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Downstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) – King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, dresser, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Downstairs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2) – King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private access to back deck.

Upstairs Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2) – King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bunk Room (sleeps 12) – Three sets of twin-over-twin-over-full triple-stacked bunk beds sleeping 12 total guests, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs Game Room Loft – Pool table, shuffleboard, custom whiskey barrel arcade with over 60 games, Smart HDTV.

Outdoor - Built-in grilling station with a 4-burner gas grill and built-in fridge, two outdoor living spaces, gas fireplace, outdoor dining table, hot tub, EV car charger, custom play set for kids, life-size Jenga, corn hole, ladder ball, ring toss, trickling creek running through property.

Because our hearts are geared toward the healing of children of divorce, our hope is that our cabin will also become a place where marriages find restoration and healing. Being a blended family has its challenges - something we know first-hand - which is why we started The Anchor Foundation to address the gap between children and the fragile place that divorce often brings. A portion of your stay will be donated to The Anchor Foundation.

General – Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, EV charger available, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin, firewood provided but not guaranteed. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Please note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, no exceptions.
