1st floor North OC 2br, 2 ba condo w/ pool, tennis, wifi and plenty of parking

Let the family fun begin at the Tranquil Turtle! Relax on the sofa after a day at the beach or sit outside and enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The pool is steps away and so are the tennis courts and bbq grills! Only .5 mile walk to the beach and the condo provides 6 beach chairs, a cart, 3 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles and games. Within walking distance is Harpoon Hannah's, mini golf, Fenwick Island. The bus runs every five minutes year-round - $4 per person. In case of rain you can watch movies on one of the two TVs that have cable or play games on your devices using the free wi-fi. Nearby restaurants: Victoria's Crab House, Billy's Sub Shop, Thai O-Cha, Four Season Pizza, Five Guys, Alley-Oops Uptown, Crab Bag
*10 min to Bethany, walk to Fenwick Island and Northside Park
*Kitchen is fully equipped and condiments are provided as well as coffee and tea.
*This is a non-smoking unit. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you plan on bringing your dog please explain the size/type of dog in your reservation request. If request is approved, please add your dog as a guest to get the correct reservation rate.
*Please leave the Tranquil Turtle as you found it and respect it as if it were your own home. At checkout remove food from the refrigerator, lock windows/doors, clean dishes and put them away. Check out is at 10:30 a.m. so we can prepare for the next guests

From the minute I booked we had a good feeling and even this it was just our first night in OC coming back to such a beautiful home that felt like home was one of the best perks and definitely will be booking again for longer next time. WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND‼️

I've lived in the DMV most of my life and have spent every summer visiting Ocean City, MD. I enjoy shell searching, relaxing on the beach, bird watching and spending time with my family/friends. I enjoy being a host so others can enjoy the Tranquil Turtle as much as my family does.

Why they chose this property

I like the size of the condo. There's enough space for everyone. The tennis courts and pool are a bonus. The neighborhood is quite and is great for walking dogs because it has big sidewalks. The crosswalk on Coastal Hwy is also convenient when going to the beach for the day.

What makes this property unique

The Tranquil Turtle is unique because of it's size and amenities. The fact that it's away from the hustle and bustle is a plus for families as well. It has everything guests need and parking in both the parking lots and street parking is very convenient.
